The show had just ended and he had been drinking all day. He went back to the hotel while AJ Applegate went out to eat with friends. He was at the hotel with porn stars Tori Black, Lexi Belle, and Mia Malkova and accidentally fell over the handrail of the stairs inside the hotel. He fell 4 floors and died on impact.
Although they went to the police station to give their statements, there were enough witnesses as well as video footage from the hotel to confirm his death was, in fact, an accident.
